I have played tennis on and off since I was a child and previously coached and ran a successful tennis programme at another local club. In 2017, my family and I joined Harrow Weald after attending an LTA Open Day where we were impressed with the friendly and welcoming atmosphere and excellent junior tennis programme on offer. I enjoy playing competitively for the ladies team (which I captain) and in the mixed doubles league and both my sons now play for the men’s teams. Last year, I became the Welfare Officer and enjoy being part of the enthusiastic and forward thinking committee. We all love the friendly community atmosphere at the club and attending the numerous social events held throughout the year.
