Our privacy policy sets out the way we process your personal data and aims to make you aware of how we store, collect and use your data as a member, friend or associate of our tennis venue.
Our communications include information about your membership, all things related to HWLTC and, on occasion, opportunities to be involved in external events brought to our attention by our members.
HWLTC is run entirely by volunteers and has no paid employees. The Committee acts on behalf of all members to ensure that all personal data is processed in an appropriate and lawful way.
